The staff, especially Chanprell at the front desk, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The hotel's cleanliness and updated decor were impressive, creating a pleasant ambiance throughout. While the overall experience was delightful, improvements are needed in certain areas, such as the cleanliness of the indoor pool and the lack of vending or ice machines. However, the welcoming staff and comfortable accommodations outweighed these minor issues.
